REFUND POLICY

At Stable Shield Solutions, we value your trust and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to make things right.
Please be advised that any upfront fees, setup costs, or third-party expenses incurred during the project are non-refundable. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. However, when you are eligible for a refund, we are happy to offer refunds under these conditions:

Return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are available if the product hasn’t been activated or used as the case may be, and the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

If the user cancels within 3 days of initial payment, we will process a refund for the unused period.

We will review your request: our team will carefully review your case and respond within 2-7 working days.

Swift processing: if your refund request is approved, refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your Bank, this may take 5 days to show up.

We aim to be as versatile as possible, but some circumstances aren’t eligible for refunds including:

  • Request for refund made outside the refund window.
  • Software or Deliverable has been activated, downloaded or used.
  • Fully delivered or customized services.
  • Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.
