For online payment services : Besides workflow and process automation; we also integrate with payment platforms to enable businesses like schools and other business systems receive payment electronically. In the event that payment is received and we receive a complaint by the person who paid that value was not received for the paymnet made, we will connect immediately with the payment platform concerned and the customer as well to ensure refunded is made within five working days.
