We are Stable Shield Solutions, a company birthed and dedicated to building Best-in-Class Technology
Solutions, suitable for government institutions, agencies and parastatals, private companies, NGOs,
SMEs and individuals, and to provide the necessary training and support services adequate to help
our users succeed. We want you to enjoy what we offer while respecting the guidelines outlined
below.
The user must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Stable Shield Solutions services and applications are primarily designed for school management administrators and their staff, all of whom must be 18 years or older. We recognize that students/pupils, often minors, may use the platform to access academic records, learning materials, exams (e.g., via CBT), examination results, and related information. While our services are not aimed at individuals under 18, school-age children may access them solely for these purposes under the strict supervision of their teachers, parents, or legal guardians, as permitted by law.
By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older as a school management administrator and in the case of underage children or minors, utilization of the platform and other services is done under the strict supervision of their teachers, parents or legal guardian as the case may be.
It is a condition to use our services, that all the User Information provided by any user on this Platform will be genuine, correct, current and complete. And in a circumstance where Stable Shield Solutions believes that the required User Information provided is not correct, or incomplete, Stable Shield Solutions has the exclusive right to refuse access to this Platform or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend user access at any time without Notice.
Notwithstanding, your provision of the User Information required by Stable Shield Solutions, access to the Platform or the Services remains at the discretion of Stable Shield Solutions. The Eligible or authorized user as the case may be is responsible for keeping the account created on the Platform secured and for all activity on it. And If the user thinks the account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@stableshield.com.
Stable Shield Solutions may update these Terms of Service from time to time for Legal or regulatory reasons. In case of any major change or changes as the case may be, the user will be notified adequately via the e-mail address provided upon registration, Whatsapp, phone call or via a suitable announcement on the Platform. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms automatically.
The use of this Platform signifies the user continuing consent to Stable Shield Solutions Privacy Policy which the user can examine any time by clicking on the “privacy” link on the Platform. Personal information that the user supplies to Stable Shield Solutions and any information about the user uses on the Platform that Stable Shield Solutions obtains will be subject to the Stable Shield Solutions Privacy Policy.
The material accessible from this Platform, and any other electronic platform owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Stable Shield Solutions is the proprietary information of Stable Shield Solutions, Stable Shield Solutions retains all rights, title, and interest in the content from this platform. Accordingly, the content may not be, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Stable Shield Solutions, except that the user may print out a copy of the Content or Material solely for personal use.
In doing so, the user may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name, or any other proprietary notice appearing on any of the Content or Material from this Platform. Modification or use of the content or material except as expressly provided in these Terms violates Stable Shield Solutions Intellectual Property Rights
Trademarks, and logos appearing on this Platform are the property of Stable Shield Solutions or the party that provided the trademarks, service marks and logos to Stable Shield Solutions. Stable Shield Solutions and any party that provided trademarks and logos to Stable Shield Solutions retain all rights with respect to any of their respective trademarks, and logos appearing on this Platform.
No Guarantees: Stable Shield Solutions will do its best to keep the
services on this
platform running smoothly, but Stable Shield does not guarantee it will always be
error-free or uninterrupted.
The user access to the Platform may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs,
maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or features or services. Stable
Shield Solutions will attempt to restore the service as soon as Stable Shield
Solutions reasonably can.
Limits: To the extent allowed by law, Stable Shield Solutions liability for any issues whatsoever is limited to what you’ve paid Stable Shield Solutions in the past 3 months.
The user is prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this Platform to compromise security or Accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g, password guessing programs, cracking tools, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, Stable Shield Solutions reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of Terms of Service. Stable Shield Solutions reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Stable Shield Solutions to disclose the identity of anyone posting messages or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Service.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS STABLE SHIELD SOLUTIONS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM OR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY STABLE SHIELD SOLUTIONS DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS ASSISTANCE TO INVESTIGATIONS BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES OR UPON COURT ORDER OR DIRECTION AS THE CASE MAYBE.
The user will indemnify and hold Stable Shield Solutions, its Affiliates, Third Party Providers (and their employees, agents, officers, and directors,) (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms of Service by the user, including any use of content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service. The user agrees that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and the user agrees to indemnify the Indemnified Parties against any and all resulting loss, damages, costs, and expenses connection therewith.
The user will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the information accessed from this Platform.
Stable Shield Solutions may suspend or terminate the user Account or cease providing the user with all or part of the services on the platform at any time, including but not limited to, if Stable Shield Solutions reasonably believe;
The termination of the user Account shall not affect or prejudice any rights or obligations which have accrued or arisen under these Terms of Service prior to the time of termination and such rights and obligations shall survive the termination of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service will be subject to the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Both Stable Shield Solutions and the user will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently through any of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes or mechanism of their choice. If the user is dissatisfied with the outcome of the Alternative Dispute Resolution processes or mechanism as regards any disagreement and the user wants to resort to court proceedings or Litigation, the user must do so within Nigeria.
The user agrees that any dispute or claims that you may have against Stable Shield Solutions will in the first instance be attempted to be settled amicably by any of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes or Mechanism agreed by the Parties.
If the Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes or mechanism agreed by the parties is not concluded within 6 months of commencement of any Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes or mechanism agreed by the parties, the user has the reserve right to seek redress in the High Court of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
